Hand crafted by Lilith, set with intention and dressed with loving, supportive and hopeful energy. Simply position your vessel on its base, dress your botanicals around it, light the flame and then hold for as long as you need.

How to Use:

1. Find a safe, stable surface (for you and the candle)
2. Close your eyes, take a couple of calm, slow breaths and gently open your eyes again
3. Sprinkle the botanicals into a small circle, it doesn't have to be perfect
4. Place the stone base inside it
5. Hold the conical candle in your hand and imagine warmth from your hands spreading into the candle
6. Place the candle into the base
7. Light when ready
8. Carefully hold the candle in both your hands and allow your mind to travel where it needs to. Be gentle with yourself and allow the candle to hold your feelings, whatever they may be
9. Stay with the flame as long as you need to
10. Safely extinguish the flame and return to it whenever you need that time to focus on yourself

**Candles require care due to the nature of flame. The presence of natural botanicals may result in a larger or more active flame. Do not leave unattended. Always place on a heat-safe surface. The vessel should be placed securely in its base if it becomes too warm to hold.
