Refunds & Returns

At Kult and CalDorLyn, everything is created and curated with intention. We ask that you choose carefully and honour the exchange as part of the process.

That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t land as expected.

Returns

If you would like to return an item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit

Once your return is received and checked, a refund will be issued for the item only (original shipping costs are non-refundable)

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Where appropriate, we will issue a refund for the affected item.

Ritual & Opened Items

Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns on:

  • Used candles
  • Opened oils or blends
  • Any ritual items that have been used or altered

This is both for hygiene and energetic integrity.

Subscription Boxes (CalDorLyn)

Subscriptions can be managed at any time through your account.

  • If you are charged but your order has not yet been shipped, we can issue a refund upon request
  • Once a box has been dispatched, it is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable

International Orders

For orders outside the UK:

  • Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer
  • If a parcel is refused or returned, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Lost or Delivered Parcels

Once tracking confirms delivery, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.

If you believe there has been an issue, we recommend contacting your local delivery service directly.
